Operations Manager
We have created the Operations Manager role to further strengthen our non-clinical operational leadership capacity.
We are looking to appoint an experienced operational leader who is committed to excellence, safety, and high-quality service delivery within a complex, regulated environment. The post holder will join a well-established and supportive senior management team, working closely with the Managing Director and colleagues to enhance operational oversight, sustainability, and service quality.

Family Support Worker
We are recruiting for permanent positions (full or part time) and bank staff. We are currently looking for staff who are able to work waking night shifts, alongside other shifts on our four-shift 24-hour rota.
Waking night shifts would be worked alongside daytime shifts, particularly during the induction and probation period, to ensure a full understanding of the service, families, and assessment processes. The two-week induction period will therefore include a higher proportion of daytime shifts.

Social Worker
