Family Support Worker

We are recruiting for permanent positions (full or part time) and bank staff. We are currently looking for staff who are able to work waking night shifts, alongside other shifts on our four-shift 24-hour rota.

Waking night shifts would be worked alongside daytime shifts, particularly during the induction and probation period, to ensure a full understanding of the service, families, and assessment processes. The two-week induction period will therefore include a higher proportion of daytime shifts.

Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised, friendly, and professional Family Services Administrator to support our Assessment and Business Teams. As the welcoming face of our service, you will provide reception and administrative support, coordinate diaries and family planners, liaise with professionals and families, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our offices and assessment services. 

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (0900 - 1700, Monday to Friday)

Location: Taunton

Salary: £25,000 - £26,500 (depending on experience)
