Family Support Worker

Consultant Social Worker

Orchard House highly values multidisciplinary working and believes passionately that robust and evidence-based child welfare decisions are best made within a culture of open, critical, and reflective thinking. As a Consultant Social Worker, you will hold a caseload of around three to four families, undertaking expert assessment within a multidisciplinary assessment team acting is Assessment Lead, instructed by Family Courts and local authorities nationwide.

The successful applicant will be joining an experienced multidisciplinary team who bring a variety of different skill sets to our work and who provide fair and comprehensive assessments of families using the ParentAssess framework.
