Family Support Worker

We are recruiting for permanent positions (full or part time) and bank staff. We are currently looking for staff who are able to work waking night shifts, alongside other shifts on our four-shift 24-hour rota.

Waking night shifts would be worked alongside daytime shifts, particularly during the induction and probation period, to ensure a full understanding of the service, families, and assessment processes. The two-week induction period will therefore include a higher proportion of daytime shifts.

Social Worker

Orchard House highly values multidisciplinary working and believes passionately that robust and evidence-based child welfare decisions are best made within a culture of open, critical, and reflective thinking.

The successful applicant will be joining an experienced multidisciplinary team who bring a variety of different skill sets to our work and who provide fair and comprehensive assessments of families using the ParentAssess framework.
