This is a key role as the post-holder will form a pivotal part of the Business / Administration team. We are looking for an experienced HR generalist, with experience working across all or most of the areas outlined in the job description and one who has a keen eye for detail. The post-holder will need to deal with day-to-day HR admin and liaise regularly with the senior management team on relevant issues. The post-holder will also be responsible for ensuring the correct procedures are followed around employee relations, along with the support of an external HR Consultant for any more complex issues.

Human Resources Advisor


The role of the Family Support Worker is to remain focused on the needs of the child at all times and to be aware that the needs of the child and safeguarding are paramount. You will be working directly with families with complex needs, undertaking supported assessments both at the centres and in the community. We offer competitive rates of pay and, along with peer support and the opportunity to work as part of a team, you will receive supervision and excellent training organised by our experienced Assessment Team to develop and build upon your existing skills.

Family Support Worker


Principal Practitioner Psychologis

An opportunity within a national centre of excellence for family assessment and intervention for a thoughtful, reflective, child-centred psychologist with strong assessment experience. We are looking for someone to join our established MDT to carry out assessments and provide therapy to parents and children on the edge of care within our residential assessment centre, but also for the most vulnerable families in the South West.  it would be helpful to have experience of expert witness work although training can be provided.

These is also scope within the role to lead in the building up of an independent therapeutic service for adults, children and families, Somerset Clinic. You will have the opportunity to use your skills and training to develop and design a service that provides evidence-based interventions in a responsive and person-centred setting.

Full time Clinical Psychologist

Band 7 / 8a (Preceptorship considered)

We are looking to recruit a psychologist at band 7 with a view to providing opportunities and training to take up a role at band 8a. You will be working within a dynamic and creative MDT contributing to both family assessments and intervention. A background in family work is desirable, as well as strong report writing skills.
