At the heart of our work is a deep commitment to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable children and their families. We provide a safe, nurturing environment where families can demonstrate their parenting abilities, supported by a multidisciplinary team that works collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes. As a Consultant Social Worker at Orchard House you will:

  • Lead assessments for 3–4 families, working closely with a dedicated Team Around the Family

  • Build meaningful relationships with families to ensure fair, evidence-based assessments

  • Collaborate with professionals including Clinical Psychologists, Family Support Workers, and Social Work Assistants

  • Develop your skills in supervision, intervention, and other areas of interest, with access to ongoing training and reflective practice
